Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).

Returns must be authorized by us before being sent back.

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the product purchase price. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs for our premium products.
Return Process

Unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged, or

You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original and make a new purchase after your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU orders, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must meet the same eligibility criteria as above and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will:

Be issued to your original payment method,

Be reduced by the 15% restocking fee, and

Be processed within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
